Volunteers are an essential part of the farmers market.  We welcome any and all local residents to volunteer their time and talents in assisting us as we strive to support local farmers and gardeners and to provide fun and educational events for the community.

If you're interested in offering a helping hand at the Wytheville Farmers Market, we'd be more than happy to find a place for you to serve!

We offer Community Booth spaces that are available to both non-profit and for-profit organizations and businesses. Community Booth spaces are an important part of the Wytheville Farmers Market because they allow organizations to spread the word and have the opportunity to speak directly to the community. Any organization with religious or political affiliations are not qualified for a Community Booth space at the market.

Performing artists are recognized as significant contributors to the festive atmosphere of the Wytheville Farmers Market. Therefore the market permits musicians and performing artists to perform during special events and occasional Saturday Market days. Types of entertainment that will be accepted within the market include: acoustic (non-electric), children’s puppet theater, book readers, clowns, improv performers, jugglers and magicians. Performing artists are required to complete the WFM performing artist application and comply with the WFM guidelines for performing artists.

Food Trucks or like mobile vendors are WELCOME at the Wytheville Farmers Market.  We are currently seeking food and beverage vendors with appropriate permits/licensing. The charge for a food truck or mobile food vendor is $20 per market day.
